Se si hanno problemi di login (ad esempio non si riesce a inserire la password o le credenziali sono errate), provare a pulire la cache del browser premendo contemporaneamente i seguenti pulsanti (diversi in base ai casi, come riportato nell'immagine):

• per Chrome e Firefox su Windows: "ctrl", "shift", e "R"
• per Chrome e Firefox su Mac: "command", "shift", e "R"
• per Safari su Windows: "option", "command", e "E"

Se il problema persiste, contattare il proprio referente Florim.

If you're having login problems (for example, you can't enter the password or the credentials are incorrect), try clearing the browser cache by pressing the following buttons simultaneously (different depending on the case, as shown in the image):

• almeno 1 minuscola
• almeno 1 carattere speciale
• almeno 1 numero
